NIGERIAN LAWS, A PRISONER TO LEGISLATION RATHER THAN SACRED FACTS

It seems the ordained history of nigerian laws, being adopted legislation from england, under the premise of common law, has epitomised the problem in the practice of the law of procedure, the inherent administration of justice to prospective litigants. These crisis of imparting justice to all, is brought to the fore with the recent political cases & the apparent concern of his lordship the chief justice of nigeria, about the stringent terms for approving bail applications, by judges of superior courts, the misnomer is the hiding behind the presumption of innocence as enshrined 1999 constitution but aren't facts supposed to be sacred. Legislations are crafted & passed to guide & aid the proper dispensation of justice while facts are sacred occurrance & actions that explain what really happened in the premises of court of law.
